CertaPro Painters of Arvada | NW Denver is looking to add a Commercial Sales Associate to our growing team. Our ideal candidate has strong B to B sales experience, is passionate about the commercial construction/property management space and wants to join a small but mighty team.. The Commercial Sales Associate takes the time to identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with influential decision makers within the Commercial Painting space. A successful candidate will be one that believes in our company, embraces the sales training, loves to talk to people, and wants to be part of a close knit team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Initiate, develop and grow key client relationships
Develop innovative and progressive painting solutions for businesses helping them to understand our companies value beyond the competition
Create a plan to target key customers & accounts that gets executed with excellence
Manage and care for key Commercial Accounts
Partner with key team members to grow the business and drive flawless Commercial execution
Serve as a liaison between the client and project team
Engage in industry events and trade-shows
Utilize networking opportunities to expand and strengthen professional connections and foster potential business relationships and opportunities

Qualifications:

Prior B to B sales experience within the construction or painting industry (preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented, organized and energetic
Project, time management, and problem-solving skills
Driver’s License with clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
